Do you want to learn for free?

So you want to educate yourself free of charge...

There is a free resource I found while in college that I feel can be of use to many other people. The site is called Khan Academy, and it features an entire library of videos on Mathematics, Science, Humanities and even preparation for tests like the SAT.

I really wish I had known about this site while I was in high school! Gone are the days of me browsing through tons of Youtube videos trying to find more information on how to solve tricky math problems!

As I just said, this is a wonderful site for high school kids who need to brush up on some of those topics they are learning like algebra, calculus, biology, chemistry, physics, and so on. It’s not just for the kids either though; Khan Academy covers Banking, investing, and has interesting clips on other things such as black holes, an overview on human evolution, programming, and even recently they had an overview of the SOPA and PIPA to educate people on the dangers of those bills. Not to mention, if you are an adult going back to school this is an incredibly useful tool to help you through some rigorous college courses.

The website even has a points system to help keep you motivated while you rank up and educate yourself.

As of right now Khan Academy states it has 119,167,962 lessons delivered, how about you drop by and give one of those lessons a watch? Who doesn’t want free education?
